Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at First Mid Bank & Trust. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized financial solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations to customers.
  • Originate and process deposit and loan applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in banking software and systems.
