- Collaborate with other managers and partners to effectively allocate resources and enhance audit processes.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices, ensuring that audit projects comply with the latest guidelines.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to the audit team on complex accounting and auditing matters.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the firm's audit methodologies and tools.
- Ensure the quality of audit projects through rigorous review processes, adherence to firm policies, and the application of professional skepticism.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in audit processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of auditing experience in public accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards; proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, emphasizing collaboration and professional development.
- Prior experience working remotely or managing remote teams is advantageous.
