Key Responsibilities:
- Operate both automatic and semi-automatic machinery in accordance with established Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
- Assemble and test components while ensuring compliance with specified standards.
- Conduct basic electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
- Identify and label acceptable and defective assemblies.
- Inspect final assemblies for quality, labeling, and packaging standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned and directed.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of production experience; 2 years preferred.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Dependable and reliable with respect to attendance and punctuality.
- Team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds and team lift items weighing approximately 60 pounds.
- Capable of standing, walking, and working on feet for extended periods (8+ hours).
Salary Range:
- Compensation is based on experience.
Weekly Schedule Options:
- NIGHT SHIFT (additional $1.50/hr): Monday-Friday 10:00 PM-6:00 AM
- SWING SHIFT: Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30 PM
- 1st SHIFT: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
- *All schedules will transition to a rotating Pitman schedule in the near future.*
