Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer on-demand services to patients and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Coordinate Information and Resources: Assist with information coordination, run errands, and connect patients and guests with other resources within our healthcare system.
  • Develop and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with the Patient Experience team to identify and address non-clinical needs of patients and guests, and develop solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Communicate Effectively: Interact with patients, guests, and healthcare team members to provide clear and concise information, and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Degree in Hospitality or Healthcare Field
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
  • Skills: Computer literate and articulate, professional appearance, and excellent customer service experience
