Project Management Specialist

Team Builder Recruiting is seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to oversee various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Engage in a dynamic work environment, balancing office duties with on-site interactions with clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with clients and estimators to review project specifications prior to commencement.
  • Coordinate with operational management to determine workforce requirements for projects.
  • Assist in scheduling across the organization to optimize project timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project scopes and details throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Verify that project leads have all necessary resources, including equipment and materials, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Monitor project financials by tracking labor, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Work approximately 45 hours per week, with a flexible schedule based on project demands.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in painting or construction, with in-depth knowledge of industry practices, materials, and safety regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
