Adult Developmental Disability Care Coordinator

Do you want to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities? As a caregiver with Sevita, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants in achieving their goals and aspirations.

Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management. You will also support participants in developing daily living skills, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • Support participants in developing daily living skills, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participants to participate in community activities and engage in meaningful relationships
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy for participants

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and multi-tasking skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible individual
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
