To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner

You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, placing outgoing calls, assessing the condition of rentals upon return, notifying management of any issues, and continuously building your knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities.
