Local candidates are required, as the role necessitates onsite presence five days a week.
In-person interviews will be conducted, with the possibility of a virtual first round in exceptional cases.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Java Fullstack Developer, you will engage in product and solution development, working independently on various projects while collaborating within a dynamic team environment. You will stay updated on the latest trends in large-scale technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modern front-end and back-end applications along with data-intensive processes utilizing Java, Angular, and SQL.
  • Create application interfaces for integration with both internal and external systems.
  • Ensure application responsiveness and performance.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Product Managers, QA, and Release teams.
  • Oversee projects from conception to completion.
  • Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
  • Develop solutions adhering to coding standards enforced through tools like SonarQube.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
  • Contribute within an Agile team, participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • Support cross-functional teams in testing, deploying, and maintaining products and tools.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills Required:
  • 8-15 years of hands-on development experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, Multithreading, Modern APIs, Caching, Messaging frameworks, Angular 14, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience in building enterprise-level, distributed, and edge applications.
  • Strong understanding of distributed architecture, including Web Services (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, microservices, Tomcat) and messaging.
  • Proficient in UI design principles, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience with advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, particularly AngularJS.
  • Familiarity with Java development tools, including IDEs, build frameworks, source control, Jira, and other ALM tools.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Strong programming and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficient algorithms for large data sets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A demonstrated passion for technology and a quick learning ability.
  • Capability to engage in collaborative sessions to clarify requirements and technical designs with both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Energy & Utilities solutions.
  • Application development experience on AWS Cloud.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process enhancement.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting.
  • Experience with DevOps and deployment in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on development experience in Python.
