Position Overview:
The Senior Java Fullstack Developer will engage in product and solution development, working independently on various projects while collaborating within a dynamic team environment. Staying updated on industry trends in large-scale technologies is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the capability to transform complex product requirements into streamlined and effective technical solutions, ensuring accountability for assigned deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modern front-end and back-end applications, as well as data-intensive processes utilizing Java, Angular, and SQL.
  • Create application interfaces for integration with both internal and external systems.
  • Ensure application responsiveness and performance.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Product Managers, QA, and Release teams.
  • Oversee projects from conception to completion.
  • Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
  • Develop solutions that adhere to coding standards, utilizing tools such as SonarQube.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation, within an Agile framework.
  • Support cross-functional teams in testing, deploying, and maintaining products and tools.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
The Senior Software Engineer should be adept at understanding product requirements and quickly developing functional prototypes for internal evaluation and refinement.
Experience in creating applications for both server-side and web/desktop interfaces is crucial.

Technical Skills Required:
  • 8-15 years of hands-on development experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, Multithreading, Modern APIs, Caching, Messaging frameworks, Angular 14, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Proven experience in building enterprise-level, distributed, and edge applications.
  • Strong understanding of distributed architecture, including Web Services (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, microservices, Tomcat) and messaging.
  • Familiarity with UI design principles, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Proficient in advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, particularly AngularJS.
  • Experience with standard Java development tools, including IDEs, build frameworks, source code control, Jira, and other ALM tools.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Strong programming and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on writing efficient algorithms for large data sets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for technology and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to engage in collaborative sessions that yield clear requirements and technical designs while working with both technical and non-technical members of the SCRUM team.
