Position Overview
Applicants must provide a detailed project list, including completed projects.
- Minimum of 7 years of substantial experience in construction management, specifically in commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors. Experience in interiors and renovations is essential.
- Proven track record of managing ground-up construction projects ranging from $500K to $5M.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and Procore.
- Strong background in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost management, project administration, and contract oversight.
- Demonstrated expertise in safety protocols, workforce management, quality assurance, and project execution.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills, effectively collaborating with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and tradespeople.
