Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of solid client-facing experience in the insurance sector, ideally with a proven track record at a previous organization. The role involves nurturing client relationships and providing first-rate service, which is crucial for our business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse book of business while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Handle endorsements, respond to underwriting inquiries, and assist with policy renewals.
  • Address billing questions, manage audit disputes, and process cancellations or reinstatements.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry with relevant certifications such as CIC or CISR, or a P&C License.
  • Strong client-facing customer service experience, with a preference for candidates with a stable work history.
  • Desire to expand knowledge within the insurance field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with Applied/TAM systems.
  • Experience with management and quoting systems from various insurance providers.
