Job Description:
- Follow a Sunday to Thursday schedule.
- Ensure that prescreen documentation is filled out and attached upon application.
- Provide necessary resume and license verification; candidates will be declined without these.
- Comply with comprehensive credentialing requirements including:
- Three professional references
- County criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
- Federal criminal background check (7 years or more)
- Multistate criminal search (7 years or more)
- Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)
- HHS/OIG search
- GSA search
- Social Security number trace
- 2step PPD or Quantiferon test or proof of positive PPD and chest Xray
- SAM search
