Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet sales goals by promoting products, maintaining visual merchandising displays, and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, manage inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Flexible Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and other sales associates.
  • Goal-Oriented and Organized: Must be able to prioritize tasks, meet sales goals, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ability to Lift/Carry Up to 35 lbs: Must be able to lift and carry merchandise and supplies as needed.
