Job Summary:
This role provides critical support to our Commercial Lines Account Managers and Producers in maintaining and servicing assigned accounts. The primary responsibility is issuing Certificates of Insurance for Community Associations.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter data and process daily downloads
- Validate renewal policies, endorsements, and cancellations
- Process requests for assigned accounts via phone, fax, or written communication
- Prepare and process evidence of insurance and issue binders as necessary
- Assist Account Managers with select clients from their book of business
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organization and prioritizing skills
- Ability to initiate and foster client rapport
- Experience with personal computers and related software (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain NY P&C License within first 6 months
- Highly attentive to details
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business, risk-management, or financial related discipline
- 1 year of insurance experience
Pay range based on experience: $24.73 to $27.47 per hour. The pay range provided is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
