Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for a diverse population of Veterans, including geriatric and post-deployment combat Veterans.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including diagnostic assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in psychiatric care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience as a mental health/psychiatric prescribing provider.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
