  • Coach and develop team members to improve safety, behavior, performance, and quality, providing regular feedback and guidance.
  • Partner with leaders to stay informed of business strategy and needs, effectively communicating and implementing site directions and messages.
  • Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring and adjusting controllable costs as needed.
  • Lead or participate in EHS & Quality investigations, determining appropriate corrective action and ensuring employee adherence to procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, military, or similar setting.
  • People leadership experience preferred.
  • Process Safety Management (High Hazard Process) experience preferred.
  • Confident with current computer applications and skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.
