About the Role

Sentry Management is a leading provider of community association management services, dedicated to nurturing communities and enhancing property values. We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to join our team in Kissimmee, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise associations, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
  • Attend and participate in annual and general meetings, preparing for and coordinating with the Board of Directors, vendors, and the Sentry Home Office
  • Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals
  • Coordinate employees, including janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others
  • Collect invoices and code for payment, following up on monthly assessments due
  • Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
  • Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for boards
  • Manage the onboarding and exit of associations
Requirements
  • Maintain licensing in some states
  • Have previous Community Management Experience
  • Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
