About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our Land Development team in Richmond, VA. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will engage with external clients, perfect your technical site design knowledge, and share your expertise with your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design site plans for top brand name clients across various industries
- Immerse yourself in the project management lifecycle from initial project scoping to project closeout

Requirements:
- A passion for design and creative problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in site civil design
- Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
