Job Title: Front Desk Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our members by greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check members into the system and handle new member sign-ups.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Requirements:

  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability a must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with members and coworkers.
