Job Description

At Monro, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership to all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Technical Service Manager, Service Manager, and Assistant Store Manager.

This role operates under the general direction of the District Manager and requires a strong business mentality with the drive to exceed established goals. You will be responsible for developing sales and technical teammates to produce a consistent 5-star Guest experience, ensuring sales goals are achieved, and introducing tire and service products to guests to maximize sales and guest satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment, and proven ability to manage, drive, and deliver financial results while controlling costs. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to convey technical issues and write routine reports, and a proactive approach with demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, as well as additional compensation and incentives. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, 401K retirement plan with company match, paid vacation, paid holidays, employee discounts, and career development opportunities.
