Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Automotive Sales Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the sales department.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Set and achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase market share
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation
  • Negotiate deals with customers to maximize profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment
