Role Summary: We're seeking an Optical Transceiver Package Design Specialist to develop and implement innovative solutions for optical transceivers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality optical transceiver packages. Your expertise in advanced packaging principles and technologies will drive the development of next-generation optical transceivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced packaging solutions for optical transceivers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality optical transceiver packages
  • Analyze and optimize package designs to meet performance and reliability requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Experience with package and process design/development from design to production
  • Strong knowledge of design for manufacturing, 2.5D/3D packaging, and TSVs
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills to interact with engineering staff, external vendors, and contractors effectively

Salary: Estimated at $90,000-$120,000 per year, based on experience and location.
