- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve ITM performance, member satisfaction, and business results.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize ITM processes to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and enhance member experience.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Member Experience, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: Two-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in a banking or financial services industry, with a focus on operations, customer service, or team leadership.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with team members, customers, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business results.
