ITM Teller

Black Hills Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ITM Teller to join our team. As an ITM Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Assist members with transactions and perform other teller duties.
• Responsible for accurately balancing a virtual cash drawer to interactive software and to the computer balance sheet.
• Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments that may affect the Teller function.
• Educate and inform members of all BHFCU products and services, and cross-sell when applicable.

• High school level of language, math, and reasoning skills.
• Direct cash handling experience in previous positions with equal responsibilities.
• Experience communicating via virtual technology (i.e. Skype, Facetime, Video Conferencing).

The ITM Teller will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and will be required to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The job requires extensive member contact on a continual basis and a degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations.
