Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating a 5 Axis CNC Mazak Integrex to manufacture precision parts and instruments. You will also be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machine tools, including precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a 5 Axis CNC Mazak Integrex to manufacture precision parts and instruments.
  • Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
  • Fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines.
  • Develop machining processes to ensure the product is produced efficiently.
  • Exhibit behavior that contributes toward an environment that encourages team building, decision making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience operating a 5 axis CNC machine, CNC mill/drill or CNC Lathe and CNC Mill.
  • Possess previous experience in gauge training, geometric tolerancing, and blueprint reading.
  • Machine set-up experience is strongly preferred.
