Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ebenezer Senior Living in Lake Elmo, MN.

Job Summary:

The LPN will provide professional nursing care to residents in our assisted living and memory care communities. This includes administering medications, monitoring health status, and providing support with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring health status
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Document resident care and health status in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Minnesota
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a patient support role, LPN or RN
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
