Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Carry out proper charting practices and procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.
- Assist RNs in adherence to medication administration procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
- Monitor the work and performance of unlicensed staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain current observation and documentation of resident health status, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
- MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Able to work independently, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN, comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
