We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Performance Driven Workforce. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with vehicles, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques, through ongoing training and education
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as an Automotive Technician or equivalent military experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have own tools with rolling toolbox (Toolbox Program AVAILABLE)
- Must have well-rounded technician/mechanical experience and knowledge
- Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ford experience
- State/ASE certifications
- Prototype build technician/mechanic experience
- Overtime when available
- Tool buying assistance
- No certification required
- Veteran-friendly employer
