Youth Services Supervisor

About the Opportunity:
- Lead a high-performing team of behavioral health specialists, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure exceptional care.

- Foster strong partnerships with community organizations, families, and other stakeholders to advance our mission and improve lives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor staff members, empowering them to deliver high-quality care and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective interventions and strategies, addressing the complex needs of our clients.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance program performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in human services, with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
