Position Overview:
(Part Time and Full Time Opportunities) The Sales Floor Associate serves as the primary customer service representative within the store. Their role is to surpass customer expectations by attentively understanding customer needs, identifying suitable products, delivering comprehensive product information, and successfully completing sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:


Achieve and surpass sales targetsMaintain brand integrity and operational standards (visual presentation, cleanliness, etc.)Address customer needs and exceed expectations by adhering to the Uniqlo service standards, following the Uniqlo Fundamental Principles, and utilizing the 6 standard phrases.

Possess knowledge of fitting room protocols and assist as necessaryAct as a cashier when required, adhering to cashier proceduresProcess incoming shipments and ensure all merchandise is displayed on the sales floor in a complete size rangeAssist management in identifying and resolving store-related issuesProvide customers with product and brand insightsAdhere to all company policies and procedures & inform management of any violationsAssist with special projects as directed by managementRequirements:

High School Diploma or GEDStrong communication abilitiesProficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts and percentagesFlexibility to work a schedule that accommodates business needs, including evenings and weekendsThe Company is committed to equal pay initiatives and will not inquire about candidates' current or past salary.
