Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential solar market, leveraging your sales skills and industry knowledge to build relationships with potential customers.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential customers to understand their solar energy needs and present customized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Closing Deals: Work with potential customers to close deals, negotiating terms and overcoming objections to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activity, and other relevant data in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in a related industry, such as construction, remodeling, or automotive sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the solar energy industry, including solar panel technology, installation processes, and industry trends.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets and deadlines.
