Key Responsibilities- Provide quality care to patients in post-acute facilities, including administering treatments and medications, and monitoring patient progress.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and other medical staff, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
- Supervise and train nursing and other staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Document patient histories and interventions, and participate in incident investigations as needed.
- Work with residents and family members to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Diploma from an approved nursing program.
- At least 4 months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience.
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $50-$82.
- Choice of partnering facilities and shifts, including per diem, weekends, and holidays.
