Job Overview:In this role, you will assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during medical procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and provide administrative support. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team of professionals, who share your passion for animal welfare and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Support veterinarians and veterinary technicians during medical procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure positive client experiences through exceptional customer service
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to animal welfare and customer satisfaction
