Position Overview:

As a Bilingual CNA/CG/PCA at BrightStar Care of Hilton Head, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Your role will involve assisting individuals with their daily routines, providing personal assistance, and ensuring their overall comfort and health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Observe and document vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature when necessary
  • Assist with mobility and transitions, prioritizing client safety
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Ensure a tidy and organized environment for clients

Qualifications:

* Minimum age of 18 years required

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA), Geriatric Caregiver (CG), or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • At least one year of experience in a caregiving or healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
