About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Home Care Professional to join our team at Help at Home. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will work one-on-one with our clients in their homes, providing essential support with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
  • Support clients with personal activities such as dressing, medication, and assisting with meals
  • Accompany clients to and assist them with activities outside the home, such as grocery shopping or running errands
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is a plus, but not required
  • Access to insured and reliable transportation
  • Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
Physical Qualifications
  • Ability to move, transport, or position up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information
