About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a Casual Lifeguard to join our team at Hawkwell Leisure Centre. As a Casual Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for customers by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
  • Conduct pool testing and maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
  • Engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, and promote a positive experience.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.
  • Hold a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and have a strong understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong swimmer with excellent customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a high standard of physical fitness.
