About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a Casual Lifeguard to join our team. As a Casual Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers at the Centre's facilities.

As a Casual Lifeguard, you will work on a flexible, zero-hour basis, performing a range of duties including pool testing, cleaning, and customer service. You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of customers at all times
  • Perform pool testing and cleaning duties
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
Requirements
  • UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High standard of physical fitness
