Job Summary

PNC Bank NA is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions that align with our business strategy.

Requirements

  • University/college degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, architecture, and design.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of modern software development principles, methodologies, and tools.
