We are seeking a proficient Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance operations. This pivotal position involves directing all maintenance activities to ensure the safe and effective functioning of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as foundry casting machinery, facilities, and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of electricians, mechanics, and cleaning staff to promote safe and efficient work methodologies.
- Collaborate with team members on maintenance tasks while coordinating with maintenance planners, procurement, and service providers for equipment repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Maintain and review checklists and preventive maintenance (PM) documentation, addressing any issues in a timely manner.
- Track production equipment uptime and performance, working with other supervisors to implement enhancements.
- Provide training and qualification for employees on essential functions, ensuring safety training is conducted to mitigate unsafe conditions.
- Conduct investigations into accidents and injuries, compiling comprehensive reports on findings.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal environmental regulations, manage waste disposal, and handle administrative duties such as report generation and expenditure approvals.
