About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients, working closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all exams using established protocols, ensuring proper patient identification and education.
  • Complete all exams in a timely manner, maintaining a smooth workflow and minimizing empty table time.
  • Operate all types of imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners, injectors, monitors, and medical equipment.
  • Properly screen patients of childbearing age and operate all imaging equipment in a safe manner, minimizing radiation exposure to patients, families, and co-workers.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field.
  • Two years hospital-based clinical Radiology experience preferred.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, including Computed Tomography (CT) certification if required by facility.
  • General radiographer state license as required by state if required by facility.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
