As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop industrial oven systems, while performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate their performance in practical scenarios.

Your role will encompass the research, development, and engineering design of innovative products, ensuring compliance with industry standards, relevant regulations, and customer requirements, all while adhering to budgetary constraints.

You will engage in collaboration with clients and suppliers regarding equipment design, ensuring alignment with company standards for quality and manufacturability, as well as maintaining and updating design layouts.

Additionally, you will be tasked with enhancing existing products to improve quality and efficiency, while simultaneously reducing costs. You will act as a technical advisor for sales teams, service personnel, and Quality Assurance, providing support in the field as needed. Your participation in cross-functional teams will be essential for addressing manufacturing, design, and quality challenges, contributing to ongoing improvements in processes and methodologies.

Work Environment:

This position is fully on-site. The work environment offers flexibility with remote work options, although not on a fixed schedule. Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for alternative schedules.

The role involves occasional travel to client locations (approximately 25% of the time) and requires a mix of independent work and collaboration with various departments.

You will be part of a supportive and friendly team within the mechanical department.
