About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Route Sales & Service Representative to join our team at Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive their career forward in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies to expand our business with new and existing customers, providing essential services at customer facilities using state-of-the-art equipment, and adhering to all safety guidelines.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to expand our business with new and existing customers.
  • Provide essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using our state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and align work orders to minimize travel time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
  • The ability to lift materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly.
