Crystal Clean Seeks a Skilled Route Representative

Crystal Clean is a leading environmental waste services company seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies to expand business with existing customers while pursuing new opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute plans to increase revenue by expanding business with existing customers and identifying new sales prospects.
  • Service Delivery: Provide exceptional service at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Safety and Efficiency: Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, inspect vehicle and equipment regularly, and optimize work orders to minimize travel time.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused approach with ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy individual proficient in operating various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
  • Experience: Experience in route sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Certifications: Certified with High School diploma or equivalent, Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
