Position Overview

As the Nursing Supervisor within our Emergency Services division at Chi, you will play a pivotal role in managing a dedicated team of frontline nurses. This position serves as a vital link between nursing staff, departmental managers, and executive leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to convey the organization's objectives to the nursing team while continuously striving to enhance patient experiences, engage with the community, and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. You will promote and uphold continuity of care for patients and will be accountable for planning, implementing, and evaluating all care provided during your assigned shifts. Adherence to departmental and organizational policies and procedures is paramount in this role, which aligns with the mission, vision, and philosophy of Chi.

Benefits:

While you contribute to the healthcare sector, we prioritize your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans with matching contributions, paid time off, adoption assistance, and more.

  • Monitor attendance patterns among nursing staff, addressing any issues of missed shifts as necessary.
  • Assess the productivity and efficiency of your department, including budget management, to achieve optimal throughput without compromising care quality.
