Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) CHARGE plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care and therapeutic interventions under medical supervision.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for fellow team members, enhancing departmental performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical leadership and staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a related field, with a strong foundation in respiratory therapy.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
  • Certification in Intubation within six months of employment.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
  • Valid Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
  • Registered with the National Board for Respiratory Care.
