Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager

ABM Industries is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our Intelligent Facility software products. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps, aligning with company goals, customer needs, and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, project management, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of industrial and operations environments to inform product development and address specific industry challenges.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring products are tailored to industry needs.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in product management within industrial verticals – Manufacturing, Commercial Buildings, Transportation, or Utilities.
  • Experience in building products that involved the use of collecting data and producing recommendations or decision support from sensor technology.
  • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making in developing product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic Institute certification is a bonus.
