Senior Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our network infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to users for software and hardware, interacting with all levels of staff, including manufacturing, office, and management.
- Support IT Networks, including network installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance, asset management, Microsoft Office 365 products.
- May serve as liaison with outsourcing provider for Oracle, Exchange, Cyber, and technical issues.
- Maintain external and internal web technical environment and liaise with external web network provider.
- Support network switches, routers, and related equipment.
- Monitor and assist with maintenance of Hybrid Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Work with help desk to manage day-to-day PC end-user support function, and support help desk admin and outside contractors as needed.
- Track new technologies and trends and evaluate opportunities for EMS.
- Monitor Track-It Help Desk system; respond to support requests as needed.
- Ensure sufficient IT systems capacity to meet current and changing organizational needs.
- BA/BS/AS Degree; 5-10 years of related experience.
- Understanding of networking principles, routing protocols, TCP/IP, network topologies.
- Windows server administration (3-5 years) including AD, DNS, DHCP.
- SQL Server, VMware environment and Nutanix AHV, End-User Support WAN Management (2-3 years).
- Understanding of Veeam Backup software (2-3 years).
- Excellent Human Relations and communication skills.
