Abbtech Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Marketplace initiatives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, particularly in Lightning and Apex. You will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, working closely with our Product Owner to gather requirements and provide solution options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Lightning components using LWC and Aura frameworks, as well as SOQL and SOSL queries
  • Oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce Platform, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities)
  • Collaborate with junior developers to perform code reviews and provide feedback
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including process documentation and naming conventions

You will also be expected to participate in Agile methodologies, work closely with Solutions Architects and Development Managers, and contribute to the full application life cycle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 10+ years of hands-on programming experience with the Salesforce platform, including LWC and Apex
  • 3+ years of experience leading implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform in Lightning
  • Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications
  • Extensive understanding of Salesforce, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, as well as Agile methodologies and frameworks like SAFe and Scrum

Additionally, you must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance and have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000-$160,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates.
