The Experienced Financial Accountant will be tasked with a variety of essential duties, including:

  • Assisting in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Developing annual financial plans
  • Facilitating financial projections
  • Managing daily electronic bank transactions for multiple entities
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Documenting intra-company financial activities
  • Administering general ledger entries and modifications
  • Authorizing ACH transactions and establishing new entities for ACH
  • Tracking cash flow
  • Supporting the annual audit and tax processes
  • Evaluating accounting information and rectifying discrepancies
  • Collaborating closely with the CFO on various initiatives

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
