**Job Summary:**
Direct Staffing Inc is seeking an experienced Actuarial Director to lead our pricing and risk management efforts in Georgia. The successful candidate will develop and implement business strategies, prepare rate developments and filings, and collaborate with finance and valuation teams to monitor financials and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement business strategies with the local business unit
* Prepare rate developments and filings
* Collaborate with finance and valuation teams to monitor financials and profitability
* Prepare and interpret various data analyses and related formulae
* Serve as Actuarial representative on major projects
* Organize and direct the staffing and work flow of pricing associates supporting Georgia
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related field
* FSA certification from the Society of Actuaries (SOA)
* At least 6 years of related experience
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
